To schedule a consultation, send an email to kontakt@n30.clinic. In your message, include your age, describe the issue you are facing, and provide important details such as: pregnancy, breastfeeding, use of hormonal contraception, other medications, etc.

After being qualified for a consultation by Dr. Anna Sak, we will send you a health questionnaire and a list of tests created by the doctor that need to be conducted. The questionnaire should be completed and sent back at least 3-4 days before the consultation along with the results of the prescribed tests.

Consultations with Dr. Anna Sak are conducted online and last 60 minutes. You can reserve a preliminary appointment for a consultation after being qualified.

The cost of the first consultation is 500 zł. Each subsequent follow-up consultation (if required) costs 300 zł.
